| A.1 Absolutely not! Our service is enjoyed by both kids and adults alike (and probably even more by adults if there's alcohol served at the event!!). We offer fun for the youngest of young to the oldest of old and everybody in between. |
| Q.2 I have seen photo favors like yours at events before, what makes you different? |
| A.2 Well to start with, if there was a crowd around the setup and everybody was laughing and having a great time, maybe that was us you saw! While some other companies do offer some of the favors we have, our quality, variety and level of professionalism is unmatched in the industry. We are constantly updating our photo favors, backgrounds, and the technology we utilize to stay at the cutting edge of photo favor entertainment. |

| A.3 We work at all and any kind of event you can think of, from Bar/Bat Mitzvahs to Weddings (and everything in between)… at all and any venue you could think of from Restaurants to Private Yachts. No matter what type of venue or which event you are having, as long as you guests like to have fun, get their photos taken, and laugh at them as the photo favors are handed to them, we can be there, to help make wonderful memories which last a lifetime… guaranteed. | A.4 Friendly and Experienced? Absolutely! Before we even consider letting someone join the Max's PictureThis team they have to pass the "Personality Test." | A.5 Definitely could! We actually encourage everyone to let us know if you are looking for something specific because we seek to make your party look and feel as customized to your taste and personality as possible. While we do try to stay current with the newest and best movies and TV shows, it's impossible for us to know everyone's favorites (I tried hiring a psychic but fired her after she kept giving me loosing lotto numbers). So all you have to do is let us know your favorites and we can create and customize them for you, free of charge of course. |

| A.6 Not only can we but we encourage you to ask! One of the great competitive advantages of Max's PictureThis is our capability to custom tailor our products and service specifically to your event! If you'd even be interested in some theme ideas from us please also feel free to ask. |
| Q.7 How many photo favors items will you produce at my party? |
| A.7 It is a little hard to answer this question as it comes with a few variables. Depending upon which favors are available during the event and the duration of the event will affect how many favors we produce. With our base package of 5x7" and 8x10" acrylic frames, key chains and elegant magnets we produce approximately 30 to 50 each hour. |

| A.10 Distance is never a problem as we normally serve the entire East Coast and make seldom trips to the West. Varying with your venue's location, travel arrangements will be taken care of; simply call and speak with one of our friendly representatives and they will be more than happy to answer any questions you have. | Q.11 Do you require a lot of room while you are at the party? |
| A.11 We require minimal room at your venue: 8' by 6' operational space with 2 tables, 2 chairs, and if possible not too close to the DJ's 6 feet tall speakers. Take a look at our setup by clicking on the "How It Works" navigation tab. |

| A.12 While Max's PictureThis currently does not offer any of these other services in-house, we have worked with and built strong relationships with numerous firms and organizations. We will gladly give you referrals to these companies as we can assure you of their excellence. Just let us know what other services you are interested in and we'll connect you with the right people. |
| Q.13 How do the popular packages work? |
A.13 Good question!! Based on our past experience and client feedback, we have created a number of packages for specific types of events and themes. We have found that these packages of pre-selected photo favors and backgrounds are a BIG HIT! One great advantage to the packages is that they offer a large price discount compared to standard pricing. Now you can have 8 different photo favors available for your guests without having to pay an arm and a leg… as you do with our competitors (ouch!!).
Don't feel constrained by our recommendations though; if you are having a bat mitzvah and like a package recommended for a graduation party, do not hesitate to ask for it! Also if you like a package but think it's missing something or there's a favor you really had your heart set on, we can always mix and match some items to guarantee you get just what your heart desires! |

| A.14 Yes you can! Just like all the products and service we offer, packages are entirely customizable to ensure you get everything you want and nothing you don't! The next step is to complete our booking form by either calling 888-WOW-FAVORS (888-969-3286) or by simply clicking on "Book Us Now" located on the left side of the website and filling out our online booking form. It is important to let us know of your event as soon as possible to guarantee availability for your date and to give us some time to prepare and create anything custom.
